Kaitlyn Fayth Whiteside

Kaitlyn Whiteside represents employees and employers in all aspects of employment law, with a particular focus on workplace investigations, executive-level disputes, discrimination, retaliation, and harassment matters. She brings a rare perspective: having spent much of her career at some of the country’s most prominent management-side firms as well as in-house, she knows the employee and employer experience inside and out.

In her prior work at major law firms, Kaitlyn routinely provided strategic advice and counseling on litigation prevention including compliance with Title VII, the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, New York State Human Rights Law, New York City Human Rights Law, and whistleblower laws. She now leverages that same skill set for the employees who she represents.

Prior to joining Lee Meier, Kaitlyn was an attorney with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. Before that, Kaitlyn served as in-house employment counsel at a luxury fashion retailer, advising their nationwide network of brick and mortar retail stores as well as their e-commerce stand-alone business. Kaitlyn has experience litigating across a variety of industries including financial services, luxury retail, technology, and aviation in both federal and state courts. She began her career in Atlanta, Georgia.

Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys attending international film festivals and spending time with her friends in Brooklyn.
