Edward Charles Normandin

Edward Normandin, a corporate and business attorney licensed in NY and NJ, provides legal counsel to entrepreneurs, small and medium sized businesses, public companies, financial firms and other clients with respect to a variety of transactional matters, both nationally and internationally. He often serves as outside general counsel to clients and in that role he manages the provision of all legal services that his clients require.
