I help clients navigate probate and draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care proxies. I also guide families with individuals with disabilities on special needs planning and guardianships.

I assist surviving family members with estates of loved ones. During probate, a court reviews and validates the will before appointing an executor to the estate. If there is no will, the process is called an administration proceeding.

I mediate estate distribution, prenuptial agreements, and elder issues including long term care. I'm passionate about helping families find creative solutions to disputes without resorting to litigation, or which resolve litigation.
