I've been legal counsel to hundreds of domestic and foreign publicly held and private companies in a broad range of transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions on behalf of private equity sponsors, private companies and public companies, public and private offerings of debt, equity and hybrid securities, joint ventures and other business transactions. I’ve also represented a number of companies in connection with negotiated and unsolicited contests for control.

For nearly seven years, I served on the Board of Directors of AT&T Latin America Corp. and its predecessor companies. During my service on the Board of AT&T Latin America, we evaluated strategic transactions with many companies providing telecommunications and other services, and completed more than 15 acquisitions throughout Latin America, as well as several significant mergers with major global telecom companies.
