I have known Mr. Rapoport since 2003. Being in driving profession I have faced lots of difficulties with moving violations. Mr. Rapoport defended me in traffic court for "Improper Use of Cell Phone" while driving. Although I had documentation proving that I was not on the phone and a witness, I understood that there was always a risk in traffic court of being found guilty. I saw West handling a case for a client of his as I waited my turn in front of the judge. He thoroughly impressed me with his knowledge of the various parking statutes and how he countered the cops every claim.
