West Reid Rapoport

Mr. Rapoport defended me in traffic court for "Improper Use of Cell Phone" while driving. Although I had documentation proving that I was not on the phone and a witness, I understood that there was always a risk in traffic court of being found guilty. Throughout the whole process, he was straightforw...ard & professional, yet understanding, when I had 100 questions. My witness was my teenage daughter. Mr. Rapoport sensed that my daughter was nervous about appearing in front of a judge, but he made her feel comfortable and relaxed about the whole process. Fortunately, my outcome was "not guilty". Not only am I grateful to Mr. Rappaport for representing me, but for also keeping my daughter and I at ease with his calm & confident demeanor. I highly recommend Mr. Rappaport and would hire him again (Although I am hoping to avoid any future tickets!)

I saw West handling a case for a client of his as I waited my turn in front of the judge. He thoroughly impressed me with his knowledge of the various parking statutes and how he countered the cops every claim. I knew immediately that I wanted and needed him to represent me and hired him as soon as h...e finished winning his client's case. I'm happy to say he was just as successful for me! I've seen the other attorney's at DMV...West is the one the inspires instant confidence by his demeanor, business attire and general professionalism. I hope to never get another ticket again but if i do I will call West to handle it without a doubt! He get's the job done!
