Beats unbeatable traffic tickets

Beat cell phone ticket- No Fine no points!
West is very efficient and easy to work with. He knows exactly what to do. Advised me to take defensive driving course to reduce points while fighting tickets. One ticket gone...one to go. He's a real pro!
