Had some problems with my mortgage. Wasn't my fault and I told them that. They did not care at all. Applied for a modification three times, all denied. Served me with papers Michael gave them a hard time about how they served the papers. Would not let them push me around and then helped me get a modi...fication so I can stay in my house. Good terms too with a principal reduction. He is real busy so it can be hard to get a hold of him. Only drawback.

I was referred to this lawyer also and he never worked on my case for six months. He never responded to requests sent by the bank for documents to be completed. He never returned one phone call/voicemail or email. I paid $5000 as well. After dealing with him for a couple of months I knew someth...ing was off. But thank God I complained and my lawyer was switched.

I was refer by homeowners helpline to this attorney, homeowners did help with the loan modifications but the attorney never showed up in court, notify me of documents I had to file way after the due date, as a result I didn't qualify for the loan and end up loosing my home, I don't think it's fair si...nce I paid $5000 to homeowners and $600 cash to the attorney, my family end up in the streets.
