I honestly don’t even know where to start. I reached out to Mr. Mitchell because I truly believed in him After meeting him for just two hours, I already felt uneasy, but I kept believing in him. I gave him chances to show up Instead, he spoke to me in ways that made me feel small and disrespected.... He made promises to talk about my case and never followed through. When I tried to reach him, he turned it around and threatened to leave my case completely. That broke my spirit. I don’t feel seen, heard, or represented —I was really happy to have a black lawyer who I thought got it . Representing me …Instead, I feel dismissed, used, and left to deal with the same pain I came to him hoping to heal from. He told me 3 times he would call me I work for a non profit and when they asks him about me I actually have to eat my words and tell them . I’m completely defeated by how this has gone. When this was really my last steps to try and rehabilitate myself .if I knew he was gonna ask like some mediocre clown I would have never reached out . I definitely would have not reached out to have someone threaten to hop of my case . I would have simply stayed were I was at . He makes me look bad . And again I’m just honestly disappointed by the whole situation especially for getting my own hopes up because it’s obviously I feel let down . So I’m falling on my butt again. This whole experience has left me Just shocked and disappointed disgusted in his character to say the least , and I just hope one day he realizes how his actions affect people who genuinely need help. I wish and pray I looked him up because if I knew he would be pulling stunts I would have just sticked to the road I was on .

He's the most incompetent, arrogant, lying lawyer I have ever met. He never returns phone calls, texts or emails. The only time he responds to you is when you give him money. If I wasn't so far in in giving him money, I would of gotten rid of him. He always has an excuse (and the one he uses the m...ost) is that he has no excuse as to why he didn't call or file paperwork or make it to court except that he was on trial or had a family situation. If I can help avoid anyone from hiring this man especially while going through this traumatic time caught up in the system I implore you to look for someone else; he's not there for his clients.
