It depends on the judge, sometimes it can be a couple of weeks and sometimes it can be a couple of months.

Your house is considered the "marital home" and consequently you can't kick her out before filing divorce papers.

No. You need to have requested that before you divorce, and it is not easy to obtain. A religious annulment might be possible in your faith.
