Joseph Martin Carasso

I met Joseph Martin Carasso 20 years ago while we were both volunteering for a charitable organization. We quickly became friends. At the time, I was fighting my health insurance company for refusing to pay for a surgery I was originally told would be covered. Mr. Carasso wrote a letter to the insura...nce company that made them reconsider and pay for the surgery. You can only imagine what a relief that was! Since that time, Mr. Carasso has drawn up my Last Will and Testament as well as contracts for my theatrical production company. I believe that I have inside knowledge of his talent and skills as a lawyer because I also worked for him for approximately 10 years as his legal secretary prior to becoming a nurse. He is honest and direct with his clients. He genuinely cares and wants the best for them. He is also highly intelligent and articulate, and knows NY Law, whether it concerns estates, divorce, or contracts, just to name a few of his specialties. Although I no longer work for Mr. Carasso, he has continued to be a great friend and the person I go to for legal advice. I highly recommend his services.
