Jennifer Perry Maas

I am a New York attorney who founded my firm with the purpose of providing compassionate representation to clients who take an alternate path to parenthood.  I focus on clients engaged in surrogacy agreements, parentage proceedings, donation agreements or embryo disposition agreements, and representation includes those who form families through assisted reproduction, reciprocal IVF, traditional IVF, second-parent adoption and step-parent adoption in NY, as well as surrogates and donors who are crucial participants in those processes.  I proudly represent clients of all types and backgrounds.  My experience of having been an intended parent in forming my own family instilled in me the desire to bring my legal skills to this field of law, to help others also reach their parentage goals.
