The Law Office of Andrew M. Wong is dedicated to providing high quality, individualized and cost effective legal services to individuals and small businesses. Most people are hesitant to contact a lawyer because they think it'll be too expensive or the problem is too small for anyone to care about.  My philosophy of law practice is the opposite - I will give you the same quality of service and attention no matter what is at stake and I will tailor your fees to your individual circumstances.  You will never find me preoccupied with checking e-mail or giving you less than my undivided attention whether we are meeting in person or speaking by phone.  In sum, I try to be the lawyer you and your closest friends and family would be comfortable with and trust on not only a professional basis but also a personal level.

My main area of practice is civil litigation and I practice in the New York state and federal courts.  I am mainly involved in general business disputes, breach of contract, employment discrimination and civil rights actions, real estate related litigation, creditors' rights and non-medical professional malpractice cases.

Though I am primarily a litigator, I also work with clients to try to avoid litigation.  In this role as an advisor, I prepare and analyze business and real estate contracts. I draft and review employment agreements, including severance and retirement packages. I also provide Estate Planning services, including preparation of Wills and Trusts, for individuals and families.

I received my J.D. in 1994 from Syracuse University College of Law where I served as Executive Editor of the Syracuse Law Review.  I did my undergraduate work at Cornell University's College of Arts and Sciences, graduating in 1989 with a B.A. in Government.
