Robert E. Levy

Robert has represented me for twelve years. When I first moved into my co-op, it was obvious the previous owner painted over extensive leaks. The co-op blamed me for the leaks. We were in a total of three different courts, and I was on the witness stand for three days. Robert won every case, inclu...ding a court order that the building had to fix the leaks, and that coop pay his fees. This resulted in a 250K repair/restoration. I find myself again in conflict with the co-op, an entirely different Board. Robert really knows all there is to know about this kind of law. He is just an excellent attorney. He provided me with the absolute worst closing ever. Slow. Cost me extension fees. Could not be reached on mobile and office numbers. Often on vacation. Can't receive packages and documents at his office - which he is never at. I could go on. Save yourself and the buyer/seller the agonizing pain of... a terrible Attorney. There are hundreds of other lawyers that will pick up the phone and answer emails at your convenience, not just theirs.
