If you have an employment contract, an attorney would need to review it for you before s/he could advise you of any legal ramifications.
You may want to bring a copy of the letter in which they inform you of that along with your CBA to a local employment attorney.
Did they let you go because you failed to disclose something or because of a specific charge?
