I am a partner in Gibney's Immigration Practice Group. Prior to joining Gibney, I practiced corporate immigration law for three years. In addition, I served as a Law Clerk to The Hon. Sybil R. Moses, Assignment Judge of Bergen County, New Jersey (Ret.).

My practice is exclusively in the area of U.S. Immigration & Nationality law. I provide advice concerning the employment of foreign nationals in the U.S., including assisting corporate clients in obtaining and maintaining U.S. work authorization for employees pursuant to a wide range of nonimmigrant categories such as E, F, H, L, O and TN. I also assist clients in obtaining U.S. permanent resident status for employees pursuant to all employment-based categories, as well as family-based categories and the diversity lottery.  Further, I provide advice concerning naturalization, visa processing at U.S. Consulates abroad, as well as immigration compliance and planning.
