As head of Gibney's Corporate Immigration Practice Group I am responsible for the oversight of all client immigration matters. I am personally involved in the design and implementation of strategic immigration programs for businesses, providing best practices for regulatory compliance and solutions customized to their particular needs. I represent clients in a broad range of industries including the financial services, pharmaceutical, Internet, technology, media and entertainment sectors and have many years of experience representing clients from around the world with their cross border, investment and start up operations in the United States.
