About Ruixin

Biography

Ruixin Lu has graduated from Case Western Reserve University and achieved JD degree. Mr. Lu passed the NY bar and Chinese Bar and admission as both NY and China Attorney.

During the time in Cleveland, Mr. Lu has interned in the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland, Milton A. Kramer Law Clinic and Cliffs Natural Resources, Inc., which practiced civil law matters and international mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Lu practiced real estate transactions and business transactions in NY City after he got admission in NY.

Since October 2015, Mr. Lu joint Zhonghao Law Firm and practices cross border investments, international mergers and acquisitions, FDI, Foreign joint venture, and private placement in U.S. listed Companies. Mr. Lu as a U.S. and China Attorney. Ruixin devotes to communicate with U.S. and China entities and share investment information and resources, which also provide high quality legal services to clients.

Mr. Lu has also be long-term legal consultant for listing or large companies such as Kangda EP Gourp, Niccolo Hotel, Maliu Industrial Park and Healthpark club in China.
