Robert V. Okulski

I focus my practice primarily in the areas of corporate and business law and employment law.  I have performed a general counsel function for a number of businesses and non-profit organizations in a variety of industries advising on the legal issues arising from all phases of their operations from formation through dissolution or sale. I have structured and implemented a wide variety of business transactions and regularly counsel foreign entities entering the United States marketplace. I have acted as lead counsel in numerous merger and acquisition transactions from both a seller and acquirer’s perspective.
