I am a partner in the Immigration Practice Group. I am involved in assisting corporate and individual clients in obtaining immigrant and nonimmigrant visas and providing advice on nationality issues.
I have been practicing immigration law since my graduation from Fordham University School of Law in 2001, where I served as an editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment Law Journal, a board member of the Fordham Immigration Advocacy Project, and a legal intern with local community organizations on immigration issues relating to minors.

Case completed, but tardive in responding, keeping customer abreast and following established timelines
I have used Megan for my green card application. Although she is very knowledgeable, I did not have the greatest experience based on her keeping me in the loop on specific deadlines, and following pre-established timelines.
