This place is very disgusting in more ways than one. Some can be remedied others can't. My daughter has been there less than a year and has been complaining about cigarette smoke in her apartment for months. They allow some of the tenants to smoke and it now permeates and other people's living area. ... My daughter was violently approached 2 days ago. We asked management if they would allow her to move to nother unit for safety purposes and they said yes if she is willing to pay more for the new unit. Jonathan Scwabley, at the management office in New York (Churchwick partners), is ill and stated that he had no proof that the harassment incident occurrd even though I told him that I was on the phone when the man, that is old enough to be her daddy, was cursing and yelling at her, and calling her out of her name. And one of his employees at the onsite leasing office locked her door when the man stayed in the office after the police left the office. Women, you definitley have no rights to safety nor will your complaints be considered or taken seriously. DONT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! BEWARE! They are currently being sued for violating other tenant rights.
