John Dalgarno Roesser

Serves as Co-Leader of Alston & Bird's International Arbitration & Dispute Resolution practice group. Represents clients in international arbitration before the International Chamber of Commerce Court of Arbitration, the London Court of International Arbitration, the International Centre for Dispute Resolution and other international arbitral institutions. Member of the ICC's Commission on Arbitration.

Represents companies, directors, and officers in securities and other financial litigation, including securities actions (1933, 1934, and 1940 Acts), M&A litigation, shareholder derivative disputes, breach of fiduciary duty and other corporate governance actions, and disputes arising out of swaps and derivative products.
