I am the Senior Partner of Gibney, Anthony & Flaherty, LLP and the Chairman of its Management Committee. My supervision of the firm’s Business Practice Group has given me a broad range of professional experience in a multitude of corporate-related areas. My work for corporations and other organizations involves day-to-day planning and problem solving in contractual, securities, trade and intellectual property matters. My responsibilities also include the financing, restructuring and acquisition and sale of corporations and other businesses.
