Ms. Vale can research and prepare motions, but she is no trial attorney. Her age has nothing to do with her legal experience. This is her fourth career. Her personal injury litigation skills is extremely weak and she has no business promoting herself as a trial attorney. Three times she tried to b...ring evidence into my case in Supreme Court and did it incorrectly. She acted confused and overwhelmed and looked more like the brain injured person she was defending. She failed to support my construction accident claim as a student on Queens College campus because she did not provide evidence of notice, neither did she prove that the contractor had erected the dangerous condition. So, the case was dismissed on appeal last year May. Ms. Vale misrepresented details of insurance coverage by one of the defendants, SASCO, so as to get me to settle. It turned out the pre-trial judge had ruled that the error in name in the insured was just that --an error. They had liability coverage of $1million. Judge Gavrin was not going to vacate a default judgment that had been ignored for more than a year, especially when the plaintiff had serious injuries of TBI. Ms. Vale manipulated the situation and bullied me to settle for less than 25% of the insured money for $225K, by saying they had no insurance. Of that amount, I was left with $62K. I am on permanent disability for TBI, physical and neurological injuries.
