Partner Arthur Ettinger is Great

This review is mostly for Dan's partner, Arthur Ettinger, although Dan Rottenstreich should be commended. Let me start with Dan. Frankly, I was panicked. I need to pursue a family matter but was looking for creative ways to fund it. I called many lawyers, starting with the few that I knew and a...fter quickly running through all those, I called attorneys that were recommendations, and then on to people I found elsewhere, such as online and elsewhere. Somehow, I got through to Dan. He was extremely nice, and when I mentioned my situation and the lawyer I was up against, he thought he could help. When he said this, I cried a bit. On to Arthur. Since Dan was busy, I met with Arthur. I wasn't sure if this would work out since I had spoken to Dan, and was nervous because it was my last opportunity. After hearing my story, Arthur was flexible in how I could engage him. I was glad to do much of the leg work on gathering information--afterall, it was my accounts, etc., so it was just as easy to format and create than giving to a junior lawyer. I worked with Ryan Weiner, too, and he was fantastically helpful. Arthur was very professional and focused on getting the job done. I didnt really need a "therapist" relationship--I wanted to move forward with someone who could help me. He immediately came up with a strategy and began to work. We met with the opposing lawyer and he took charge of the meeting. I think because of his excellent approach, that lawyer quickly dropped out. Arthur met with the next lawyer, who was more reasonable, and offered a settlement: it was brief and just four lines, but was an extremely clear crystallization of the issues, boiled down to something easily digestible. Soon after, the second lawyer dropped out (or was fired?). Arthur worked well with the third lawyer, and patiently, but with the right amount of pressure, pursued a settlement, even when emotions got heated. He continually came up with solutions, and never gave up. He always kept me informed, offered settlement option, and worked amazingly hard even with my creative arrangement. Frankly, he and Dan, changed my life. Not a huge amount of money was involved, but resolving the issue was important to me, and Arthur always kept the focus on moving forward and helping me. Thank you Arthur and Dan.
