Extremely Happy

I hired Ms. Hindin for a child custody case. The divorce was no-fault and the financial part would be done after custody. She replaced my prior attorney. She immediately took charge of the case, asking the Court for a GAL for my kids, demanding forensic evaluations, and gathering evidence from my ch...ildren's school, doctors, and care-givers. She left no stone unturned. and she approached my ex husband's attorney to have meetings to try to resolve this without going to trial. They refused, and we had to have a trial. Ms. Hindin was terrific at trial, she is a great trial attorney and between the evidence presented, and her cross-examination of my ex I was granted sole custody of my sons. Her dynamite trial work and negotiation skills pushed the finance and support issues into a less dramatic scene; and we were able to resolve the whole case. I was lucky to have her on my side.

Tough and tennacious

I was in an all out custody war for my children. Betting had to fight for me and coordinate litigations and strategies in three separate courts. She worked quickly, efficiently, and with a laser like view towards the best result for me. She knew just what to do and when. She was tough, professional ...and wise.

Domestic Partnership Split

Bettina got results that I never thought could happen. When I brok-up with my partner and he tried to throw me out of house and refused all reasonable settlement tries I turned to Bettina for help.
