Job Well Done

I have worked with Ms. Hindin twice in the past four years. She completed my most recent matter last week. Ms. Hindin, and her firm provided me with excellent legal representation. She was responsive, creative in her thinking and presentation of my case, and most of all provided me with concerned and... respectful advice during a rather embarrassing and difficult time in my life. I highly recommend her.

Wonderful Lawyer

I can't say enough good things about the representation I received from Ms. Hindin. She was smart, a great courtroom presence, and a highly ethical lawyer. She handled my custody case which was brought by my ex. She brought it to court quickly and efficiently. I won despite really bad odds.

Tough and tennacious

I was in an all out custody war for my children. Betting had to fight for me and coordinate litigations and strategies in three separate courts. She worked quickly, efficiently, and with a laser like view towards the best result for me. She knew just what to do and when. She was tough, professional ...and wise.

Domestic Partnership Split

Bettina got results that I never thought could happen. When I brok-up with my partner and he tried to throw me out of house and refused all reasonable settlement tries I turned to Bettina for help. Her skill as an attorney and litigator and especially her expertise in the law of domestic partnershi...ps and same-sex unions lead the way to the settlement of my case on financial terms that I wanted and were fair. Her advise was thorough, smart and helped me close a very trying part of my life.

Caring, creative and great results

Bettina represented me in both my prenuptial agreement and several years later in my divorce. My ex tried to attack our pre-nup -- unsuccessfully I might add. Bettina worked hard, fought hard, but wise in her settlement and negotation skills.
