Andrew Wade Moses

Andrew W. Moses joins Wormser, Kiely, Galef & Jacob’s Corporate/Commercial practice group after gaining experience in these areas at a boutique business law firm on Wall Street.  He has counseled domestic and foreign start-up companies as well as globally established brands in a wide range of industries, including entertainment, media, technology, advertising, and hospitality.  Mr. Moses has experience structuring and drafting a variety of agreements, including, among others, operating and shareholder agreements, distribution and supply agreements, services agreements, joint venture agreements, copyright and trademark licenses, terms of use and privacy policies, and independent contractor agreements.  Mr. Moses also has experience in the clearance and prosecution of trademarks and advertising slogans.

While at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Mr. Moses served as Associate Editor of the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal and President of the Intellectual Property Law Society.  He also interned at a variety of corporate and entertainment law firms in New York City and gained in-house legal experience at the Business & Legal Affairs Department of Sony Music Entertainment.
