Biography
I am a New York based attorney with a primary focus on global immigration issues. I assist private clients, foreign entities, artist and athlethes in connection with their immigraion and relocation needs.
I advise clients on ancillary issues related to their immigration issues, including without limitation, trusts, corporate issues, off-shore and banking issues, in relation to which I closely work with attorneys admitted to Bermuda and Cayman Islands.
As far as U.S. Immigration law is concerned that specifically include the advice and assistance in connection with Business Visa Applications (E, L, B, EB-5 Visas), Employment Visa Applications (H, J, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3 Visas) and family petition Visas.
Additionally I also advise clients on how to obtain the so-called Liquor and Tavern license for bars and restaurant operations.

Nightmare
Aldo made the process of our application extremely difficult. He created an issue where there wasn’t, to the point that we had to speak to the chair man of the firm, who at the end was very helpful. Don’t recommend at all.
