Aja Kathleen Pardini

Aja Pardini, Partner, represents foreign nationals seeking employment and family-based visas. She has specialized in obtaining nonimmigrant and immigrant visas for individuals of extraordinary ability since being admitted to the bar of the State of New York. Her clients include individual artists and entrepeneurs, record labels, entertainment/production companies, artist management companies and agencies, among many others. Aja also has extensice experience in family and other employment based immigration cases. She received her Juris Doctor from City University of New York (CUNY) School of Law and holds a dual Bacheulor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish (Hispanic Studies) from the University of Texas. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the prior Co-Chair of the Local Government Liaison Committee for the New York Chapter. She volunteers her services through Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts (VLA) and is fluent in Spanish.
