Mr. Richards, given my personal experience, is a horrible choice. Six years later, I am still in court fixing his significant errors. He didn’t show up in court on the most important day in the proceeding, the judge or opposition did not take him seriously and you should ask him what he did before f...amily law. In short, Mr. Richards, given my experience with him, is a bad choice in a sea of lawyers in nyc. Don’t let his cavalier personality convince you; he was cavalier representing me in court. He refuses to take calls or respond to emails. Whether it be a judge, opposing counsel, a court clerk, nobody had heard of him. His work ethic left much to be desired. I would recommend anyone but this attorney and he has cost me years of my life, time with my kids and money. Opposing counsel ran circles around Mr. Richards. Worst decision of my life.
