Mark John Neuhauser

This attorney does business in both New York and Connecticut My initial meeting with Mark took place in New York and after that another was in Connecticut. He helped me with a talent agreement despite working on other projects at the time. The contract was downright intimidating! He guided me through... the whole agreement as a true professional. I was referred by a good friend also in the modeling business. The parts of the agreement where Mark was most helpful was in the payment and termination section of the agreement. I was nervous about all this and am glad it is over. His summer assistant Valencia was a true sweetheart and very smart. She has many contacts in professional sports. My only recommendation to this lawyer would be go on a vacation. I think he needs to rest and relax a bit

I met with Valencia, Mr. Neuhauser's part time assistant and first year law student for what is called client intake. She explained to me the areas of law and the practice structure. Although his client base is expanding in the entertainment area mostly NBA his experience in the corporate area is whe...re most of his past experience is. After meeting with Valencia a meeting was scheduled with Mr. Neuhauser in Connecticut. Client intake was in NYC. My preference would have been to meet Mr. Neuhauser in NYC but his schedule was not permitting on such short notice. Ironically we shared something in common. We both are type 1 insulin dependent diabetics and discussed stem cell research for the first 30 minutes. The purpose of the business meeting was to set up a non-profit in NYC and discuss an issue I am dealing with relating to shareholder rights. The nonprofit has been established and Mr. Neuhauser continues to advise me of my rights as a shareholder in a potential class action law suit. The fees were extremely reasonable and the service professional starting from client intake with Valencia. I was appreciative for the personal touch added to the service.
