Andrew Gerald Eardley Maloney

Retained Maloney for 5K. He took almost half just to give me a printout from the surrogates court computers (He said he was going there anyway on an unrelated matter and would run our info while he was there! He billed me $1,350) Consulted with me for free in Feb, Paid him 5K in March, FIRED him In ...June that whole time I spoke to him 3 times INCLUDING the free consultation. My issues were constantly put on the back burner because he had several court cases?!?! Took 2 weeks just to get in contact with someone relevant to let him go. 4 months later NOTHING is done at all! I spent over $2500 on NOTHING. Reeled in by his speech on the strength of cultural ethics and the application of morality through use of the law LOL! This firm stands on nickels and dimes not stacks of substance. Stay Away!! He is literally wearing a white collar!!! One of his reviews on here is someone trying to get in touch with him need I say more. Believe the reviews and the lack of reviews even more so.. Lastly at a $450 per hour rate which was fair until I spent 8.08 hours on a print out I could have gotten myself. SMH in sadness.

I had a custody case and was referred to Mr. Maloney from a friend! The moment he sat with me, he was very professional and he listened to me. After listening to me, he laid out a clear plan on how he was going to handle my case! He is very intelligent and courteous! I would definitely recommend him... to anyone!
