I am an attorney licensed in New York with diverse practice that focuses on transactional and advisory matters related to derivatives, repo, reverse repo, securities lending, buy-sell back, clearing, cash and synthetic prime brokerage, forward delivery transactions, repo committed facilities and other securities and financing arrangements. In addition, I have extensive experience in connection with the development, structuring, negotiation and documentation of a wide variety of esoteric financial products. These products include derivatives structured products, hybrid products that combine securitization and/or project finance techniques and derivatives, CLOs, total return swaps, sponsored repo, swap intermediations, blockchain transactions, credit derivatives, interest rate swaps, commodity swaps, and other funded and unfunded products. At BNP Paribas, I have been providing lead coverage in connection with the termination and close-out of defaulted trading relationships; as well as legal advice in connection with netting, bankruptcy and regulatory issues related to the Dodd-Frank Act, FATCA, Volcker Rule, ERISA, Securities Exchange Act and UCC. Finally, I am an active member of the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) and Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA).
