Valerie Hope Tocci

Valerie, and Michael Stutman, represented myself in a nearly three year divorce (from a seven year marriage). She is passive, doesn't know case law, gives false promises and allows 'the other side' to push her around at every turn. She isn't organized, lets things wait until the last minute. And ...as a result of what I deem to be pure negligence, has potentially landed me in a situation where I may go to jail on contempt charges. Avoid at all costs. This is a very nice woman. However, she is unfit to represent as a litigator if you are looking for a fair settlement/juedgment.
