We hired him for a debt deal for our company. It was a pretty straightforward deal and this guy just ruined the whole deal. He doesn't know anything, his questions are stupid and he didn't even respond on time. Half of the time he was on vacation and even when he was in office, he'd not pick up calls... or reply to emails on time. He handed off everything to a new law grad who didn't know anything and worked to get the deal done. But Peter was completely useless throughout the deal. We've worked with at least 12 different law firms but he has been the worst. He even threatened to stop the deal if we didn't pay him what he wanted. Never ever work with this stupid and useless lawyer. Run away as fast as possible if you see him getting close to a deal even if it means losing a deposit (which we should've done).
