Mr. Davies’ litigation practice is broad based. He has litigated on behalf of domestic and international clients in a variety of areas, including contract, securities, aviation, aircraft repossession, antitrust, RICO, partnership and corporate governance disputes. Mr. Davies has also litigated on behalf of and against sovereign states, governmental instrumentalities and international organizations. He is experienced in international litigation and arbitration issues, including obtaining discovery abroad, enforcement of judgments, choice of law and forum, the enforceability and scope of arbitration agreements, and the U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
