Jonathan Melmed is a partner in the Corporate Department based in New York. He is the Co-Chair of the firm’s Global Private Equity & Buyouts practice. Mr. Melmed represents private equity funds, pension plans, sovereigns, family offices, hedge funds, corporate clients and investment banking firms in U.S. and International M&A, private equity and complex corporate transactions. He has extensive M&A and PE experience in the alternative energy, infrastructure, energy, power, media, telecommunications, technology, life sciences, insurance and real estate/REIT sectors. Mr. Melmed also heads-up the firm’s Canada practice.
