Ending a marriage is never simple. I guide clients through every stage of divorce—filing, obtaining records, crafting settlement options, negotiation, mediation and, if necessary, trial—while protecting financial, property, and parenting rights.

I’ve negotiated hundreds of agreements. This requires not only consensus but also careful and thoughtful drafting, collaboration and practical judgment. Successfully negotiating a deal can be both an art and a science, and it’s a skill I’m proud of.

Spousal support affects a party’s financial future, whether as the paying spouse or recipient. I work diligently to secure fair, realistic awards and also assist parties with modifications when changes in circumstances are raised.

Few issues matter more than a party’s children. I help establish or modify custody and parenting time arrangements, from negotiated plans to contested disputes, always centered on the children's best interests.
