At the end, we were thrown a huge curveball by our bank the night before our closing that jeopardized everything. Elise called us at midnight and helped us work through a strategy to get the deal done the following day. She was tenacious in staying on top of the bank until they relented and was the main reason we were able to pull the deal together. She'll be the first person I call for any future real estate transaction and I'd highly recommend others to do the same!

Elise helped us review the offering plan and by-laws of our condominium in order to better understand the building's overall situation in regards to the condominium sponsor, board composition, responsibilities and election process.
