Biography
Sahil Yadav is an Associate at Ladas & Parry in the New York office.

Prior to working at Ladas & Parry, Sahil practiced as a trademark and copyright attorney in India for 5 years working with IP Gurus, Ranjan Narula Associates and Sujata Chaudhri IP Attorneys.
He serviced multiple Fortune 500 companies and handled more than 100 trademark and copyright disputes. He was also involved in a case of first impression related to the protection of trade dress in product configurations in India.
Sahil graduated from Stanford Law School where he earned his LL.M. degree in Law, Science and Technology and was a member of Stanford Technology Law Review. Sahil also has a bachelor’s degree in law (J.D. equivalent) from India and has attended summer school at the University of New Hampshire Law School.
Sahil is a member of the International Trademark Association Young Practitioners’ committee as well as the American Bar Association Section of International Law IP committee. Sahil is licensed to practice law in New York and India.
