Doesn't Communicate Well
Mr. Russell did not keep me informed of the progress of my case or that he would not be attending a court appearance (even though he had his partner fill in) which caused anxiety. His lack of attention to detail (misspelling my name on correspondence, wrong dates used, etc) made me feel like I was no...
