Raymond James Dowd

Dunnington Bartholow & Miller is a general practice law firm located in Midtown Manhattan that was founded in 1921.  Its largest practice area is trusts and estates.   Other practice areas are corporate, ltigation, real estate and tax.   I practice primarily before the state and federal courts representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of matters, primarily in financial and contract disputes related to copyright, trademark and art.  I authored the Copyright Litigation Handbook (West 3d Ed. 2008).
