We relied on Prashanthi's services for filing Green Card. It truly was the biggest mistake of my life. She did not calculate of the 6 year h1b visa expiration date. As a result I had to stop working and wait for my PERM application to get approved. While Ms Prashanthi brazenly denied any responsi...bility on that front, she then took almost 45 days to file for I-140 when she was made aware how eagerly we were awaiting the I-140 to be filed. She made numerous mistakes which required my employer to redo parts of the I-140 application. Because of the delay, my employer could not hire me on a valuable project and I had to spend a few more months unemployed! Finally we got another offer and asked her to file for H4 to H1b transfer urgently. Instead of doing the groundwork upfront, Prashanthi has delayed the entire process to the extent that it is almost 3 weeks and we have not even filed the visa application yet. This is when we are really prompt in responding to all the paperwork and documents. If we raise concerns, we get an utterly unprofessional and rude reply. We are so sad that we are stuck with this immigration lawyer. I am close to missing the opportunity again. It is not for Prashanthi to understand the pressure of unemployment and the pain of missing out on precious employment opportunities after waiting for many months because the immigration lawyer did not do a bare minimum job.
