Biography
Marc H. Miner is an experienced NY Personal Lawyer, having been practicing personal injury law in New York for over 30 years, working hard to obtain compensation for those injured due to the negligence of others. Each and every client is treated as an individual, with individual needs, and unique story. No two cases are alike and each case requires the necessary preparation and attention to achieve the maximum recovery.
As a result of his experience Marc is able to call upon a wide network of experts in various fields to provide advice and expertise where necessary. Further, he has the respect and trust of many colleagues in the legal community who he deals with on a regular and reoccurring basis. Many cases can be resolved based upon the strength of the preparation of the case, and the relationships and respect of the parties involved.
Marc has published articles in the New York State Law Journal, the New York State Bar Association’s Tort, Insurance & Compensation Law Section, the New York State Trial Lawyer’s Bill of Particulars magazine, and has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal and Reuters, among other newspapers. He has also appeared on various local television news programs in regards to personal injury issues.
After working for the law firm of Zalman & Schnurman in law school, Marc joined the firm as an associate. Twenty years later, he became managing partner of Zalman Schnurman & Miner P.C.

Excellent choice for a the job
I hired Marc to help represent my mother in a car accident case. A vehicle ran over her leg twice. My mother was stubborn and would not follow up with doctors. She was basically working against herself in the case which was aggravating. In any case... to my astonishment, Marc still got a settlemen...
