My employer used Lisa and her team for my H1-B petition. Dealing with her and her team, especially given I was the beneficiary of the petition but not, in their view, the client, was torture. Unresponsive, unprofessional, sloppy, lacking transparency and, I suspect, incompetent. They are negligent wi...th matters of people’s livelihood. My H1-B was mysteriously rejected and I was never able to get to the bottom of why that occurred. Regardless of the cause, their reaction was basically to shrug. If your employer proposes to use Fragomen for your immigration matters I would be very wary.

Probably one of the worst immigration attorney and least responsive attorney I have ever seen. I work in the legal industry and have never seen a worse big law attorney than her. The employer of my family member hired Fragomen as the law firm for their immigration petitions. In term of timing for sub...mitting the petitions and responding to RFEs, she gave about 3 different deadlines and missed all of them. We emailed her repeatedly without any response. Company HR reached out to her for a month without any kind of response. No response to phone calls. One time she went on PTO for a week without telling us or HR that she's going to miss another self-set DDL. Utterly disgusting.

It’s a nightmare to deal with Lisa. She was utterly unprofessional and ill-prepared for multiple conversations during our consultation. I felt like I was educating her the details of the law. Worse still, she didn’t seem to be concerned about my emergency and acted arrogant. She constantly dismissed ...my views and gave wrong legal advice until I corrected her! She also implied that I couldn’t afford her services, while I certainly would not wish to have her as my immigration lawyer after such bad experience.
