The majority of my day to day practice involves representing companies and individuals who are engaged in commercial intellectual property transactions such as acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, licensing, exploitation, and collateralization of their intellectual property rights. I have been a Director of the Mergers, Acquisitions, and Licensing Group at Ladas & Parry LLP since 1992. In this role I have represented small, medium, and Fortune 100 companies throughout the world.
