Jing Feng

Jing Amy Feng is a partner of FYZ Law Group, based in its New York Office. Attorney Feng's legal career began when she received her first law degree from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in China. Attorney Feng worked as a Senior Attorney at a top law firm in Beijing where she served as counsel to a wide variety of business clients in the areas of corporate law, financial transactions and foreign direct investment. 

After 8 years of legal practice in China, Attorney Feng enrolled in the St. John's University School of Law's LL.M. program in New York, NY. During her study at St. John’s, Attorney Feng interned for the Honorary Judge Elizabeth S. Stong in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Eastern District of New York in Brooklyn, NY. 

After matriculating with her LLM degree, Attorney Feng was admitted to the New York Bar. Prior to joining FYZ Law Group, Attorney Feng practiced immigrant law in major law firms in NYC, where she handled hundreds of employment-based immigrant petitions (e.g. EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-1C, NIW, and PERM) and non-immigrant visa petitions (e.g. H-1B, L-1 and O-1). She enjoys a high success rate and is able to turn average or even tough cases into strong ones.
