Incompetence, Run Around, Nothing Got Done
Mr. Fishman cannot get my postclosing documents together. After 6 months of requesting documents, we've been given the run around time and time again. Don't waste your time or sanity on this man-- who needs to retire.

Re-finance
Elliot J. Fishman did the closing of my re-finance back in October 2015. Its now 12/31/2015 I still haven't received all my closing documents. I called him many times and sent him many text messages to no avail. Mr. Fishman is the most incompetent and unprofessional lawyer I ever hired.
