Straight, to the Point and very nice; I had a very good experience with him as an attorney. He was professional, always returned my calls promptly, and settled my bankruptcy matter at a fair cost...

Strategy and Creative Solutions to Legal Problems.
I have practiced for over 32 years in Commercial Litigation, Collections, Trials, Arbitrations (over 250 cases).
My expertise is in the analysis of complex matters--in protecting companies and individuals prior to involvement in a transaction and after the matter goes into litigation.
One of the key aspects of my Collection practice involves the very common dissipation of assets by a Company or Individual.
I have a specialty in Fraudulent Conveyances, I have expanded the law in this area and have given many lectures on the subject. One need not prove that a debtor intended to defraud you, there are many ways to collect from third-parties. Simply put, if a debtor made any transfers after you commenced an action or prior to the action, they may be recoverable if they are not made in "good faith." This has allowed many of my clients to collect fully from principals of Companies or third parties.
I also handle HIPAA violations and Compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
I obtained my BA from Northwestern University with Honors and obtained my JD at Cardozo School of Law. I also attended Columbia University, Harvard and The New School for Social Research and City University of New York for post-grad study during law school.Â
I was a partner at a Boutique Commercial Bankruptcy and Arbitration firm, a partner at Duane Morris, LLP, one of the nation's largest firms and was selected for a highly-sought position at the New York County District Attorney’s Office in the Repeat Offenders Bureau. Â

Very good results. he is a strategist.
I had a multimillion dollar judgment which he collected over incredible odds. Since then I have used him in Bankruptcy matters when a Trustee sued me for a preference.
